PrintAttendance
Every gradebook on Engrade has an Attendance section in which you can completely customize based on how you would like to take attendance. We've had teachers utilize different keys for present and absent. For example, for present you can use any of the following:
(P) present
(H) here
(1) full day
(Y) yes
You can utilize any keys you would like. When it comes time to print out your attendance report, you can utilize our printing options for Totals or Monthly Calendar view. Scroll past the attendance spreadsheet and select Print. Totals will tally up any marks you have utilize on the attendance spreadsheet. So if a student has 5 A's for absent, you will see it marked as 5 for that student.
