If you have several grading periods you may want to average your classes at the end of the year or semester. To average classes please follow these instructions below: 1) Click on [em]Classes[/em] on the top blue bar. 2) Click on [em]Average Classes[/em] on the leftside menu. This averaging form creates a new gradebook in which you can list classes you would like to average and it creates an average overall grade for you. [b]NOTE:[/b] Make sure all of your classes are in the Active List. If your classes are in Archive, please put them in Active. Please view below for more specific instructions of this form: - In the New Class Name please enter this gradebook title. For example, "Final Grades for History Class". - Select school year and grading period. - Then enter the classes you would like to average and enter, if you have a certain weigh for classes. Note, you must enter a weight in order for Engrade to calculate the average.
