The Calendar lets you view and edit everything in your class on one screen. This is basically the overview of your class that lets you see all your assignments, calendar entries, and all the attachments you have for your classes including Wikis, Flashcards, and Files. You can add or delete any of these items on the Calendar conveniently in one place.
Other than being convenient, it is also the only place where your students will be able to view your Wikis and your file uploads. So please direct them to view their class Calendar feature.
To find your Calendar feature, please follow these steps:
1) Go to your class gradebook.
2) Click Calendar on the left side menu.
To add any item to the Calendar, click the + Add New button. Here you can create a new event, such as a class field trip, include a description and attach it to your class(es). You can also attach assignments, files, flashcards, wikis etc. to your calendar.
