Teaching Multiple Subjects
Engrade allows elementary school teachers to easily manage multiple subjects by using Engrade's Copy Class feature to create one class for each subject.
First, create a class for one of your subjects, entering students and your desired grading scale. Once you have created that you can then copy that class to create a second subject doing the following:
1. Click Classes at the top of the page.
2. You will see a list of your classes.
3. Click the Copy link to the right of a given class.
4. Enter the new class information.
5. Select what information (students, assignments, etc.) you want copied.
6. Click save a new class will be added to your account with the desired information.

Students will only need one Access Code to access all their subjects in their Engrade account, so you can distribute their Access Code easily by going to any class that you have copied and click on the Students tab.
When it comes time to print out grades, you can select Multiclass Reports from the Classes page to print out all grades from all subjects. You can find Multiclass Reports on the leftside of the page.
