PrintGoogle Apps
You can easily connect your standalone Engrade admin and teacher accounts with your Google Apps accounts. Connecting the accounts allows you to seamlessly login to Engrade from Google Apps. Connecting Engrade to Google Apps will NOT change any of your existing info and you will NOT lose any information in your account. To connect your accounts:
1) Install Engrade on your domain http://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=7349+8277197564621536198
2) Once installed, click it in your list of apps. There you will see an option to either create a new Engrade account or connect to an existing Engrade account.
3) For teachers and admins with existing Engrade accounts, choose to connect by entering your existing username and password on the right.
4) Now anytime you or your teachers click Engrade from your apps list you'll be taken straight into your Engrade account.
If a new user wants to join Engrade from you Google Apps domain:
1) From their Google account, have them click Engrade in the apps list.
2) On the following page, have them create a new Engrade account.
3) This will give them access to Engrade and the gradebook.
4) In order to connect that user to your school's account, have them enter your school's teacher/admin code the same way your existing teachers/admins have.
