The following options are available:

In addition to Gradebook print capabilities, the Multi-Class report, available on the Classes page in the Tools section prints the grade for each class a student has on your account.

How to Print Multi-Class Reports

Multi-Class Reports allows you to create brief progress reports for all your students in all of your gradebooks. They will include your student's overall grade for each class they have with you. Sorted automatically by last name, you can chose to print a students grades individually or print them all at the same time.

To print a Multi-Class Report please follow these easy steps:

1) Click on Classes on the top blue bar.

2) Then click on Multi-Class Reports.

You can choose Print All or find an individual student and clicking on Print Report beside their name.

Multi-Class Report Issues:

I am viewing duplicates of my students in the Multi-Class Reports:
- The reason you are viewing duplicates of students in your Multi-Class Reports is because you did not use the same ID for the same student between all of your gradebooks. You need to change your student's ID number so that they would be the same ID number in all of your gradebooks for that student. Please click here for more information on how to change ID numbers.

I can only see one class of students:
- The reason you are only viewing your one set of students is because you might have reused ID numbers between the classes. This is most often reported when teachers utilize 1-20 numbers for student IDs throughout all their classes for their students. This can result in students viewing classes that are not their own. Please make sure that each student receives a unique ID number. You should never reuse ID numbers. To make changes to ID numbers, please click here for more information.
