Anyone from your school can create your school profile on Engrade, including teachers. Creating a school on Engrade offers many benefits:

The first step to creating a school on Engrade is to create a personal admin account. This account will be your personal account so the username and contact information should be for specific to you, not your school. A username such as mrsmith would be appropriate. Teachers with existing Engrade accounts can join your school by entering your school's SECRET school code. You can find the code in your admin account by clicking on the school, then clickingTeachers on the left.
Teachers can enter that code by:
1. Logging into their accounts
2. Hovering their mouses over the Account link in the blue bar at the top of the page
3. Clicking Schools from the menu.
4. Entering the school code in the field and clicking Submit

You can easily create Engrade accounts for teachers at your school who are not yet registered by clicking the Create New Teachers button at the top of the Teachers page in your admin account. These teachers will get an email that includes their Engrade username and password.
