PrintAdding Existing Teachers
To add an existing teacher account to your school, you will first need to find out what your school code is.
What is my School Code?
Engrade School Codes are just like student accesscodes except they are for adding teachers and admins to the school account. There are two types of school codes:Teacher School Code (To add Teachers)
Admin School Code (To add Admins)
To find your Teacher/Admin code, please go to your School account. Then select Teacher or Admin. Below your list of teachers/admins, you will find your secret teacher/admin code. Once you have your accesscode, distribute it out your teachers.
Adding the Code
Once your teachers have the school code please have them follow these easy steps:1) Login to Teacher account
2) Hover over Schools at the top blue bar
3) Click Add Schools to add your code
Once it has been added, please view the School page to see if your classes/gradebooks have been assigned to your school. If no school has been attached, your gradebooks will have "School Not Set" beside it. Click on that to add your school.
