PrintGiving Students & Parents Access
Step by Step
1. Log into Engrade and click on the desired class.
2. Click on the Students tab.
3. Hover your mouse over the Options button.
4. Click the Register All option. This will create a unique username and password for each student.
5. Click the Print Student Flyers option.
6. Print that page and give each flyer to its respective student (or parent for students under 13).
7. Students and parents can visit the URL on the flyer, and then enter their username and password to log into their Engrade account.
Common Issues
The majority of problems involving student registration come from teachers not following the steps above. If you are experiencing issues, the easiest solution is to hand out student flyers and have students register at home as described above.Invalid Access Code
The correct student Access Code is listed in the Students tab in your class and on the flyer in Print Student Flyer. Students must use that exact code.
Students not Seeing All Classes
1. Make sure you (and other teachers)are using the same ID number for that student in all classes.
2. Make sure that the student has entered all of his/her Access Codes into that account.
Students Seeing Others' Grades
This could happen for two reasons:
1. You or another teacher at your school used the same ID numbers for two different students - student ID numbers MUST BE UNIQUE.
2. Students were registering for Engrade using the same computer and did not logout properly and/or used the browser's Back button instead of restarting the sign up process from http://www.engrade.com/students
