3rd Class -I Verbs Present Time
Just like verbs in the -A and -E class verbs, to find out who is causing something to happen we look at the ending of the verb. Remember the "who," or subject, and the "when" of a verb are always built into the verb in the ending. That's why there are so many forms.
Remember the s/he form and how we changed the end of the verb so that it could tell us "who" was doing something and "when" they did it? Well, it works the same way for the -i class verbs. BUT, the -i class verbs borrow some of the " when " part from the -e verbs. In the present time this make -i verbs look just like -e verbs . . .
