Italiano
Benvenuti!
If you’re at this site, you are in for an exciting year as we discover the culture, history, and the beautiful language of the Italian people. Did you know that Italy is home to two thirds of the world’s artistic heritage, maintains over 600 churches in Rome alone, and the Uffizi Gallery in Florence houses over 5,000 of the world’s most renown sculptures? And not only is Italy historically important but it is one of the founding countries of and a major player in current affairs in the EU and is one of the world’s leading humanitarian countries. This year you are going to learn to begin expressing yourself in a new language, and hopefully begin to use it in your home, while traveling, and with your families. I hope that your expression in Italian will grow as you learn more about the Italian people and their heritage.
This site is dedicated to both students and parents to stay in touch with our classroom activities. It will serve as a resource for information.
