Homework Schedule Notes
Students (and Parents): Do not forget to have a parent sign weekly on your printed homework schedule in the "Parent Signature" spot indicating that you completed all your homework correctly and thoroughly. You earn 2 points each week for the signatures. I will collect the current schedule at the end of each four weeks when I give you a new schedule. Parents are not obligated to sign each week if you did not complete or show quality work. It is your responsibility to collect the signature from your parent by having them review your (neat and readable) work and showing that you checked off each completed assignment (in the box provided on the schedule). Forged signatures result in a 0 for that week's homework assignments. It is better to lose the 2 points because you forgot the signature that week than lose all the homework points.
Tips for presenting neat homework:
1. Begin an assignment by using the correct side of the paper. Do not be careless - start with holes on the LEFT side of your paper
2. Write your name clearly and neatly at the top right corner of your paper
3. Write the title NEATLY centered on top line of your paper (ie." Module 6 - OYO Questions")
4. Pull off any perforated edges if you use a spiral notebook.
