- Both parents died before he reached 6 yrs. old

- Traveled with his uncle’s caravan business
- As a young adult, he owned his own business
A vision from an angel
- Muhammad receives a message from Gabriel
- Recite! Recite!
- Muhammad becomes the prophet
- 613 AD he begins to spread the word.
