Write as much as possible about reading in your life. The following questions are to help you get started:
First list all the schools you have ever attended. Please give the cities (and countries) if these schools are located outside of Albuquerque.
What, if anything, do you remember about your reading experiences in elementary school or before?
What is your native language? What other languages have you been exposed to? Do you speak, read, write and understand well in these languages?
What, if anything, do you remember about your reading in secondary school? Has reading caused you any trouble in any subjects at school?
Have you had any previous training or courses in reading?
How much reading do you do for pleasure? In what way? How much reading do you do on the web?
How much reading do you do for work? (Name your work)
How much reading do you do for school? (Mention your major and the courses you are taking)
What do you think are your reading strengths? What are your reading weaknesses?
Is there anything else you can tell me that would help me evaluate your reading needs?
