Welcome To Mrs. Pugliese's Math Class
Welcome
Dear Parents and Students,Welcome to I.S. 109Q! My name is Mrs. Pugliese. I am your child's sixth grade Math Teacher. This is a challenging year for your child as they transition to a new school, new faces, and new grade. If there is any way that I can help make this change less stressful for your child please let me know.
You are looking at Engrade, my online grading system. On this website, parents and students are able to track what is happening in Math Class. Grades will be posted in a timely manner. If a student misses an assignment a letter "M" will appear. Homeworks must be made up within a week. Projects can not be made up due to time constraints. There is a message section that allows parents and students to email me. I will respond back within a day. I strongly urge you to use this method of communication. It is your responsiblity to look on Engrade weekly to see what is happening in Math class. Parents, I strongly urge you to get involved by looking Engrade over with your child. If you show interest, your child will also show interest and reach their goal.
